Amy J. Mullen

Overview

Amy Mullen is a member of the firm’s Construction Law, Employment & Labor and General Liability Practice Groups. She regularly defends matters involving complex construction defect and related issues, premises liability, catastrophic personal injury and various employment and labor actions.

She represents Fortune 500 companies, retailers and hospitality industry clients, contractors, subcontractors, developers, individuals and various business owners.

Ms. Mullen represents her clients throughout California’s State and Federal Court system. She manages her cases from pre-litigation all the way through trial when necessary. She effectively directs her cases through law & motion, discovery, deposition, negotiation and resolution.

As prior in-house counsel for a nationally recognized insurance company, Ms. Mullen has developed valuable insights and file-handling tactics that enhance her efficiency, communication and resolution of matters.

When Ms. Mullen isn’t practicing law, she enjoys learning new languages, watching English Premier League Soccer and taking her dogs to Dog Beach.
