Arash J. Yahyai

Overview

Arash Yahyai is a member of the firm’s Construction Law, General Liability, and Product Liability Practice Groups. Arash defends actions involving complex construction defect, insurance defense, premises liability, product liability, catastrophic personal injury, and other general liability related cases.

Mr. Yahyai collaborates with national underwriters on HOA cases arising from CC&R disputes and resolutions, directors and officers breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and negligence matters. His experience with national and regional insurance carriers on habitability cases involves claims related to warranty of habitability, negligence, nuisance, breach of business and professions codes, and violations of civil ordinances. Additionally, Arash manages matters arising from negligence, negligent hiring and retention, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, emotional distress claims, and assault and battery.

Mr. Yahyai’s clients include developers, contractors, subcontractors, national and regional retailers and insurance carriers, retail and hospitality companies, product manufacturers, Fortune 500 companies and businesses and individuals. He is experienced handling matters throughout California’s state and federal court system. He has obtained favorable results for his clients via extensive law and motion, mediation, bench trials, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.
