Overview

Carina Jordan is a member of the firm’s General Liability, Product Liability, and Transportation Law Practice Groups. She defends complex, high exposure matters involving personal injury, premises liability, trucking and transportation and product liability claims.

Her clients include national and regional trucking companies, Fortune 500 companies, retailers and hospitality companies, product manufacturers, business owners and individuals.

Ms. Jordan’s cases are venued throughout California’s state and federal court system. She manages her cases from pre-litigation strategy and analysis through discovery, law & motion and trial. Ms.Jordan has tried several cases which resulted in favorable outcomes for her clients. She communicates effectively with her clients as she develops the most desirable and cost-effective resolution of her cases.

When she’s not working, Carina enjoys activities such as wine tasting, running and snowboarding with her husband and two children.
