Successfully defended the Firm’s client against claims that it had wrongfully terminated an employee because she was pregnant. After a four day trial, the jury returned a 12-0 verdict after brief deliberations, concluding that the termination was not related to the former employee’s pregnancy. The jury was unpersuaded by the plaintiff’s claims, which included testimony by another former employee, who claimed she had also been terminated because of her pregnancy
