Kyle J. Waldie is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, General Liability and Product Liability Practice Groups. He focuses primarily on defending catastrophic personal injury and premises liability actions involving the trucking and transportation industry, product manufacturers and other complex matters in civil litigation.
Kyle’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, national and regional retailers and hospitality companies, product manufacturers, national and regional trucking and transportation companies, business owners and individuals.
Mr. Waldie is broadly experienced with state and federal court actions and handles matters through every channel of litigation all the way through trial and the appellate process. He has been lead trial counsel for multiple jury and bench trials. Mr. Waldie has taken and defended over 500 depositions of plaintiffs, corporate witnesses and designees and experts. Enhancing Mr. Waldie’s overall experience, he has invaluable experience defending labor and employment advice and counsel matters. He has previously advocated for clients in employment class actions, personal injury, construction defect, wrongful termination, discrimination, prevailing wage, harassment, wage and hour lawsuits and DFEH and EEOC complaints and malpractice actions.
In his free time, Mr. Waldie enjoys spending time with his children and supporting them in their activities – dance, ice skating, baseball, hockey, soccer and more.
