Beth co-chairs the Construction Law Practice Group and is also a member of the Risk Management & Insurance Law, General Liability, and Employment & Labor Practice Groups. Having represented clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to individuals, Beth has established herself as an adept counsel capable of assisting on a wide range of matters both in and outside of litigation.
Beth has significant experience with all aspects of litigation, from the initial pleading to trial, and develops cost-effective strategies that will yield the optimal outcome. This is reflected in her successful resolution of numerous matters prior to trial, either through effective motion practice or mediation. Beth is also routinely called upon in non-litigated matters to analyze agreements, assess liability and risk transfer, develop policies and procedures, enact protective measures, and facilitate settlement negotiations.
Beth’s multifaceted practice encompasses a broad spectrum of sectors. Beth has defended developers and subcontractors in complex construction defect matters involving commercial and residential projects, global retailers and other businesses in general liability matters, as well as insurance companies in insurance bad faith litigation and coverage disputes. Beth also handles many facets of employment litigation.
