Keith is a member of the Food Safety, General Liability, Product Liability and Transportation Law Practice Groups. He maintains a focused litigation and compliance practice representing consumer-oriented clients including hospitality and retail operators, automotive, construction and heavy equipment manufacturers, and transportation companies. He has successfully advised and represented multi-national retailers, hotel chains, manufacturers of commercial trucks and equipment and business operators in over 500 civil matters arising from claims of personal injury, property damage, business disputes and civil rights claims arising under the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Keith is published in the areas of disability access and has presented at conferences on construction-related disability guidelines, service animals, employing workers who require reasonable accommodation and other disability access issues.
Keith has brought his tort litigation experience to practice not only in federal and state courts, but Native American jurisdictions as well. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience litigating matters in tribal courts throughout California. He has also advised Native American tribes drafting tort ordinance and claim procedures for adjudication of personal and property injury claims arising on tribal land.
