Ms. Davis is the leader of the Employment & Labor Practice Group and co-chair of the Construction Law Practice Group. Her practice concentrates on defending clients in a wide variety of matters including sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour, and claims under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) in both State and Federal Courts. She also has experience handling complex construction defect litigation for developers, and is well versed with construction litigation representing subcontractors and owners in both residential and commercial settings.

Ms. Davis routinely represents clients in employment administrative proceedings appearing before the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) under the Labor Commissioner’s office and the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board.
Prior to rejoining Haight Brown & Bonesteel, Ms. Davis interned in the Labor & Agencies Department of a national insurance client, working closely with Human Resources.
