Members of the Fire Litigation Practice Group handle a broad range of fire litigation matters throughout Northern and Southern California, in both state and federal court, including claims arising out of wildland fires, products liability, construction, transportation losses, design and maintenance of electric power transmission and distribution facilities. The group maintains a team of experts to analyze and assess fire scenes, provide origin and cause analysis and testimony, and assess property damage, and suppression costs and resource damages.  The firm’s fire litigators understand the importance of immediately retaining experts in various specialized fields and conducting an origin and cause investigation while the fire scene is available, the evidence is fresh, and witnesses are available.
