Overview
Kaitlyn Jensen is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, Product Liability, General Liability, and Appellate Practice Groups. She defends complex, high exposure cases related to trucking & transportation, premises liability, automobile accidents, wrongful death, product liability, and other general liability matters. She also handles a wide range of writs and appeals before both state and federal courts.
Her clients include trucking companies, Fortune 500 companies, product manufacturers, insurance companies, national and regional retailers and hospitality companies, and other businesses and individuals.
Kaitlyn effectively litigates matters throughout California’s state and federal courts in all phases of handling, including pre-litigation evaluation, extensive law and motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial. She routinely takes and defends depositions of plaintiffs, percipient witnesses, and expert witnesses.
In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys all things running and music. She can be found marathon-training around Mission Bay or pretending to be a one-woman band at home.
