Allison Harvey is a member of the firm’s Appellate, Construction Law, Employment & Labor, and General Liability Practice Groups. She primarily defends cases arising from construction defect matters involving commercial and residential projects, premises liability, and various other related civil litigation.
Allison joined Haight Brown & Bonesteel as a summer associate in 2023. Her litigation experience includes legal research, drafting law and motion, propounding and responding to discovery, and preparing for settlement conferences and other court appearances.
Allison graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public & International Affairs. At Princeton, she competed as a member of the Division I Varsity Softball Team. Thereafter, Allison attended the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, Allison competed in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. She served as a board member for USD’s Appellate Moot Court and as President of the Client Advocacy Team.
In her free time, Allison enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and watching sports.
