August 2021 – Haight is excited to announce that Leah Mason and Keith Rozanski have been promoted to partner

Leah Mason became a member of the California State Bar on December 6, 2005. Prior to joining Haight, Leah practiced litigation defense in the areas of medical malpractice, elder abuse & premises liability. On January 3, 2012, Leah joined the Haight family. She has been here for more than 9 ½ years. During this time, Leah has worked primarily in the Business Solutions, Product Liability and Transportation Law Practice Groups. Leah is a fantastic attorney, mentor & teacher.

Keith Rozanski became a member of the California State Bar on November 23, 2004. For the next three years, Keith worked at a law firm where he practiced defense-side litigation in the areas of professional liability, employment law, elder law, and general liability. On September 4, 2007, Keith joined the Haight family and he has been with us for almost 14 years. During his tenure at Haight, Keith’s practice has focused primarily in the Food Safety, General Liability, Product Liability and Transportation Practice Groups. Over the past several years, Keith has focused almost exclusively on the retail and hospitality industry, developing significant expertise in a wide variety of claims arising from the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), in addition to personal injury & property damage claims, business disputes and regulatory actions.
