Eric R. Hagle

Overview

Eric Hagle is a member of the firm’s Construction Law, Employment & Labor and General Liability Practice Groups. He effectively defends complex and high exposure cases that involve premises liability, catastrophic personal injury, general liability, construction defect and other claims.

He represents contractors, subcontractors, insurance companies, Fortune 500 companies, national and regional retailers and hospitality companies, individuals and other businesses.

Eric handles cases throughout California’s state and federal courts while managing matters from early inception all the way through trial preparation. He has prepared for, taken and defended numerous depositions of plaintiffs, percipient witnesses, experts and corporate designees. He is experienced at mediation and settlement negotiations and extensive law and motion practice.

In his free time, Eric enjoys paddle boarding, skiing, traveling, and reading science fiction and fantasy novels.
