Haight Obtains and Enforces a Judgment in Federal Court for Damages and the Return of Construction Equipment

This lawsuit arose out of the breach of a lease agreement governing two rock crushers. The client leased two rock crushers to the defendant, who stopped making payments under the lease and refused to return the crushers. Haight obtained and enforced a judgment, levying the defendant’s bank account for the entire judgment amount. The client’s total recovery was $125,000 plus the return of the two crushers (valued upward of $200,000 each).
