Helen H. Lee

Overview

Helen Lee is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, Fire Litigation, Product Liability and Business Solutions Practice Groups. Her practice tackles the defense of catastrophic personal injury matters, trucking and transportation, product liability and fire litigation throughout the State of California.

She represents Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, trucking and transportation companies, utility companies, product manufacturers, retailers, hospitality companies and individual businesses.

Ms. Lee has prior extensive experience handling toxic tort and environmental litigation, healthcare, elder care, medical malpractice, construction and Korean business and litigation.

Ms. Lee manages cases throughout the California state and federal court system from inception through trial. She has taken hundreds of depositions including plaintiffs, percipient witnesses, experts and other parties, prepared extensive law and motion, discovery and negotiated successful settlements via mediation. Ms. Lee’s trial experience includes second-chairing multiple trials including the defense of homeowner associations and a restaurant in a personal injury case.
