Jennifer A. Estrada

Overview

Jennifer A. Estrada is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, Product Liability and General Liability Practice Groups. She focuses her practice on the defense of cases involving product liability, general liability and catastrophic personal injury – often as a result of incidents arising from trucking and transportation, wrongful death, product defect, premises liability and other related civil litigation.

Clients include Fortune 500 companies, trucking and transportation companies,  product manufacturers, national and regional retailers and hospitality companies, individuals and business owners.

Ms. Estrada manages files in all phases of litigation including pre-litigation analysis and strategy, discovery, law and motion, trial preparation, mediation and other settlement negotiations. She has taken and defended depositions of parties, percipient witnesses and expert witnesses. She puts her clients at ease by clearly and effectively communicating during each step of the litigation process.

When Ms.  Estrada is not practicing law, she’s perfecting her baking recipes or hiking with Clifford, her red poodle.
