Lauren E. Mayes

Overview

Lauren Mayes is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law and Workers’ Compensation Practice Groups. She is primarily focused on defending and counseling employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout California. Lauren also defends trucking and transportation companies against claims involving catastrophic personal injuries.

Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, national and regional retail & hospitality companies, various businesses, trucking and transportation companies, and individuals.

Lauren has handled matters throughout the California state and federal court system. She has managed her cases from intake through discovery, deposition, law & motion, mediation and preparing for trial and appeal.

Outside the office, Lauren enjoys spending time with friends and family and can often be found in a pilates studio or indoor-cycling.
