Morgan McCarthy

Overview

Morgan McCarthy is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, Product Liability, and General Liability Practice Groups. She defends complex and high exposure cases that involve catastrophic personal injury, product liability, and general liability. She represents transportation companies, product manufacturers, national retailers, and other businesses.

Morgan handles litigation in state and federal courts throughout California. She has experience in all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation, claim evaluation and strategy, discovery procedures, law and motion, and trial preparation.

Before joining Haight as a law clerk, Morgan earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Southern California. Subsequently, she graduated from Southwestern Law School’s SCALE two-year accelerated J.D. program. While a law student, she was a pupil in the American Inns of Court.

Morgan is a proud Los Angeles sports fan, during her free time she enjoys reading, snowboarding and outdoor adventures with friends.
