Chumash Casino v. HERC – Represented Chumash Casino in subrogation action to recover $108,000 in damages to Chumash bus. Case involved course and scope issue as to whether defendant driver was intoxicated when he drove on the wrong side of the freeway. Obtained settlement for $143,000.
