Overview

Mr. Rucci is a member of the firm’s Construction Law, General Liability, Product Liability and Transportation Law Practice Groups. Bob focuses his practice on civil defense litigation and trial work. For over 25 years Bob has defended local, national and international companies in a wide variety of litigation, including breach of contract, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability and construction defect.

Bob’s history as a trial lawyer includes 60 successful jury trials to verdict throughout the California court system. He has tried cases arising out of construction injury and defects, personal injury, employment, wrongful death, premises liability, environmental torts and product liability. He is also extremely capable when it comes to early resolution and has achieved success during countless mediations, arbitrations and settlement conferences in all areas of civil litigation defense.
