Sean Y. Ma

Overview

Sean Ma is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, Product Liability, Fire Litigation and General Liability Practice Groups. He primarily defends catastrophic personal injury cases that are high exposure, complex in nature, and often involve automobile accidents. His range of experience covers personal injury, trucking and transportation, product liability, fire litigation and other general liability related matters throughout the State of California.

Mr. Ma represents Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, trucking and transportation companies, utility companies, product manufacturers, retailers, hospitality companies and other businesses and individuals.

Mr. Ma manages cases in California’s state and federal court system from pre-litigation and inception through pre-trial and appellate work. He has taken hundreds of depositions including plaintiffs, percipient witnesses, experts and other parties, prepared extensive law and motion, discovery and negotiated successful settlements via mediation.

In his spare time, Sean enjoys cooking, writing and gaming.
