Victoria LaBrie is a member of the Risk Management & Insurance Law practice group. Her practice focuses on coverage and bad faith litigation, which she has handled effectively for more than 20 years.
Victoria has managed a spectrum of issues involving commercial “occurrence” and “claims-made” policies, personal lines, complex multi-claimant construction defects, uninsured and underinsured motorist benefits claims, and specialty policies. Her cases have included complex issues involving D&O, E&O and EPL policies. She regularly analyzes coverage issues for commercial auto policies in all states and CGL claims including construction defect, product liability and employment issues.
She has successfully defended insurance companies in coverage, declaratory relief and bad faith actions in state and federal courts through a diverse range of law and motion and trial and she has effectively resolved matters with mediation and argued a number of appeals and writs.
Prior to joining Haight, Victoria served as senior counsel for a Los Angeles based insurance defense firm where she gained valuable experience as coverage and bad faith litigation counsel.
Community Involvement
Victoria has competed in ballroom dance competitions in Miami, Florida and continues to perfect her dancing skills at workshops, classes, and dance venues in Southern California.
