Overview

Mr. Ireland is a member of the Business Solutions, Employment & Labor, Public Sector and Environmental Law & Toxic Tort Practice Groups. Mr. Ireland represents financial institutions and other clients in a variety of statutory, contract and tort matters in state, federal and bankruptcy court. He also represents small to medium size service and manufacturing companies in a variety of matters, including litigation, bankruptcy and business counseling.

Mr. Ireland has experience handling secured and unsecured creditor’s claims in bankruptcy, California Unfair Business Practices Act (Business & Professions Code §17200) matters, and equitable remedies. He also works with clients on matters involving labor and employment matters, real property issues, creditors issues, and commercial transactions.

Mr. Ireland has extensive experience in all phases of dispute resolution from negotiation, counseling and alternative dispute resolution to jury trials. His goal in any dispute is to obtain the result that is best for the client, including the costs of achieving that result.
